In the case of workers death,disabilty,Injured or any kind of accident happened with worker, His beneficiary has right to nominate or authorize any person to fulfill legal activities behalf of beneficiary, this special kind of paper is called power of attorney, the power of attorney paper should be on stamp paper, And it need to be attested From ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) first then along supporting documents it can be attested from Uae embassy Islamabad.

1: Power of attorney (Original)  
2: ID Card & passport copy of  nominee.  
3: ID Card & Passport copy of beneficiary
4: ID Card & Passport copy of effected person
