B-Form-Attestation

Marriage Certificate & Nikah Namah are issued by Regarding Union council of groom but B-FORM is issued by NADRA ,And most important thing of remembering is B-FORM is complete in Urdu language, so it need to be translated into English & Arabic on same page and need to be attested both NADRA issued B-FORM & translated paper from  ministry of foreign affairs(MOFA),Then it can be attested from UAE EMBASSY .

       Supporting Documents For Children B-Form Attestation:

1: ID Card of Both Husband & Wife (Copy)
2: Passport of Both Husband & Wife (Copy)
3: Make sure wife ID Card & Passport should be on Husband's Name
4: Passport of Children(Copy)
5: Nedra B-Form (Original)
